- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk π₯
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Preparation Steps:Prep the Apples β Peel, core, and slice apples thinly. Set aside.Mix Wet Ingredients β Whisk eggs and sugar until frothy, then add milk, oil, and vanilla extract.Combine Dry Ingredients β In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.Make the Batter β Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.Assemble β Grease a pan, pour half the batter, layer apples, then add the rest of the batter and apples on top.Cook on Stovetop β Cover and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes.
