  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato (sliced)
  • ¼ cup Pickles (sliced)
  • ¼ cup Diced red onion (optional)
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Pickle juice

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Beef Filling:
    Warm a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    Place the ground beef in the pan and cook, using a spatula to break it into smaller pieces.
    Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder for seasoning.
    Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes), then set aside.
  • Make the Special Sauce:
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice.
    Mix well until smooth and creamy.
    Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Assemble the Cheeseburger Wrap:
    Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
    Spread a generous amount of sauce evenly across the tortilla.
    Add a portion of the cooked beef mixture.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
    Top with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and red onions.

    Fold in the sides of the tortilla.
