Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Shredded chicken
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 large Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Chili powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Tomato sauce
  • ½ cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • ½ cup Cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 cups Shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or both)
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • 5 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Filling:
    Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a skillet and heat over medium temperature until it begins to shimmer.Stir in the finely chopped onion and garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until they release a fragrant aroma.Brown the ground beef, breaking it up and cooking for 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.Add shredded chicken and season with paprika, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.Stir in tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, mustard, ketchup, and cream cheese; simmer for 3-5 minutes.Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    Lay tortillas on a clean surface and brush one side with olive oil or butter.Add a generous amount of filling to the center.Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling.
  • Roll the Wraps:
    Bring the edges of the tortilla toward the center, then carefully roll it up from the bottom, sealing the filling inside.Ensure edges are tucked in to avoid spillage.
  • Cook the Wraps:
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. Place wraps seam-side down, cooking for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve and Garnish:
    Cut wraps diagonally for presentation.Garnish with fresh herbs.Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
