Ingredients
  

  • 350g all-purpose flour
  • 30g sugar
  • 8g active dry yeast
  • 160ml warm milk (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 large egg
  • 40g unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Optional toppings: powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, or sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    Activate yeast by mixing warm milk and sugar, letting it bubble.
    Combine flour, salt, and the yeast mixture with eggs, butter, and vanilla.
    Knead the dough until soft and smooth.
    Let it rise for 1 hour.
    Roll out, cut into donut shapes, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
    Fry donuts until golden, then drain and cool.
    Glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
