  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Preparation Steps:
    Prepare persimmon puree: Peel, remove seeds, and blend ripe persimmons until smooth.
    Mix dry ingredients: In a saucepan, sift cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
    Combine wet ingredients: Gradually whisk in milk, cream, and vanilla to dry mix.
    Add persimmon puree: Stir in persimmon puree, cook over medium heat while stirring until thickened.
    Set pudding: Pour into serving bowls, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
    Garnish & serve: Top with cocoa powder, mint, and crushed nuts.
