  • 130g sugar
  • 70ml vegetable oil
  • 70ml milk
  • 90g heavy cream
  • 220g flour
  • 6g baking powder
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100g softened butter
  • 200g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 160g brown sugar
  • 150g chocolate chips
  • Extra chocolate chips
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

  • Preparation Steps
    Prepare the Muffin Batter: Beat eggs and sugar, then mix in oil, milk, and cream. Sift in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing gently.
    Prepare the Cookie Dough: Cream butter and brown sugar, add egg and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour, then fold in chocolate chips.
    Assemble the Muffin Cookies: Spoon muffin batter into muffin cups, top with cookie dough, and add extra chocolate chips if desired.
    Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before moving it to a wire rack.

Notes

For a personalized touch, add nuts like walnuts or pecans to the cookie dough, or swirl in caramel or Nutella for extra indulgence.
