  • Rolling pin (optional)
  • Skillet for sautéing shrimp
  • Oven preheated to 450°F

Ingredients

  • Dough: 500g flour, 1 tsp yeast, 340 ml warm water, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sauce: 5 medium San Marzano tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme
  • Toppings: Mozzarella, shrimp, mushrooms, bell peppers, black olives, fresh basil

Instructions

  • Preparation Steps:
Prepare the dough by mixing flour, water, salt, yeast, and olive oil. Let it rise for 24 hours.
Sauté garlic and onions in olive oil, then add San Marzano tomatoes and simmer to create a flavorful sauce.
Stretch dough into a thin base and place on a preheated pizza stone.
Spread the sauce on the dough, add mozzarella, shrimp, mushrooms, and other toppings.
Bake at 450°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Slice and serve.

Notes

For a crispier crust, use a pizza stone and bake the pizza at the highest possible temperature. You can customize the toppings, but keep the sauce and cheese authentic.
