Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 ¼ cups Milk (or buttermilk)
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips or spread
  • 1 tsp Butter (for chocolate)

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:

    Mix dry and wet ingredients for the pancake batter.
    Pour batter onto a skillet, add the chocolate filling, and cover with more batter.
