Ingredients
  

  • 500g chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 kg potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp sweet curry powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Season chicken with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
    Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions & garlic until soft.
    Add chicken and cook until golden. Stir in tomato paste, curry powder, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Layer sliced potatoes in a baking dish. Add creamy chicken mixture, then top with cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until the dish is golden and bubbling.
    Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize by adding veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor. For a spicy twist, sprinkle chili flakes or drizzle hot sauce on top!
