  • 1 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp Coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
  • ½ tsp Turmeric, ground
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper To taste

  • Preparation Steps:
    Marinate the Meat: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices; coat the meat and refrigerate.
    Prepare the Sauce: Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice; chill until serving.
    Cook the Meat: Sear in a skillet until golden and cooked through.
