  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 boiled egg, sliced
  • Tuna (canned or freshly cooked)
  • Fried potatoes (thinly sliced and fried)
  • Olive slices
  • Pickled cucumber, diced
  • Grated carrots (for sauce and topping)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 grated garlic cloves

Instructions
 

  • Preparation Steps:
    Prepare garlic mayo sauce: Mix mayo, grated carrots, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
    Slice bread, fry potatoes, and prepare veggies (tomato, onion, cucumber).
    Layer the sandwich: Spread sauce on bread, then add lettuce, tomato, onions, boiled egg, tuna, fried potatoes, and olives.
    Top with more sauce, close the sandwich, and serve.

Notes
