- 250ml whole milk
- 50g sugar
- 20g cornstarch
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 20g butter
- 150g whipped cream
- Powdered sugar
- Melted chocolate drizzle
- Fresh berries
Preparation Steps:Set the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.Prepare pastry by cutting puff pastry into strips and wrapping them around cream horn molds. Glaze with egg yolk to achieve a golden, shiny top.Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool completely.Make the vanilla custard by heating milk and mixing it with egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
